👨 💻 What you'll be doing

This is a broad Senior Product Manager role for someone who likes having a real seat at the table.

You’ll be joining a business that has a lot of valuable data, established customer journeys and a clear appetite to use AI and automation in a much more meaningful way.

A big part of the role is figuring out where the best opportunities actually are.

That could mean identifying a process that should be automated, spotting a data product worth investing in, improving a clunky customer journey, or working out whether an AI idea is genuinely useful before engineering time gets thrown at it.

You’ll own a mix of Data & AI, CRM and digital products, working closely with engineering and senior stakeholders to turn fairly messy business problems into clear product bets.

It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys the strategic side of product, but still wants to stay close enough to delivery to actually see things get built.

🚨 Requirements

• Strong B2B Product Management experience
• Comfortable owning several product areas at once
• Good at turning vague business problems into clear product opportunities
• Commercially minded and able to prioritise based on impact, not noise
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and pushing back when needed
• Strong discovery instincts and comfortable validating ideas before committing build resource
• Comfortable working closely with engineering and data teams
• Experience with AI, automation or data-heavy products would be a big plus
• CRM or customer-facing digital product experience would also be useful
• Someone who enjoys ambiguity, ownership and being trusted to make decisions
