AI Product Manager

trg is partnered with a fintech company who are seeking a Product Manager to establish and lead a new function focused on B2C AI propositions across a digital product ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role with broad influence across product, engineering, and senior stakeholders.

You’ll shape strategy for shared platforms and AI-enabled capabilities, defining how intelligence is embedded across customer journeys and systems. Working closely with engineering and data partners, you’ll ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and designed end-to-end rather than feature-by-feature.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-team initiatives spanning systems, journeys and intelligence
• Translate customer and business needs into clear system and capability designs
• Define end-to-end journey and system architectures for high-complexity features
• Establish repeatable patterns, standards, and ways of working
• Support teams adopting intelligence-driven features (e.g. personalisation, automation)
• Apply strong systems thinking to discovery and long-term planning

Experience

• 6+ years in Product Management in complex or data-driven environments
• Strong end-to-end product and systems thinking
• Experience shaping high-complexity, cross-team initiatives
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams without being a deep specialist
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML-enabled features or decisioning systems
• Background in regulated or financial services environments
• Experience building shared platforms or internal capabilities
