A competitive £130k base salary is offered alongside a meaningful options scheme .

Role Overview

As the company’s first DevOps hire , you will own the cloud platform, developer experience, and core infrastructure from day one. This is a hands-on platform leadership role where you will define the DevOps roadmap, build foundational tooling, shape engineering standards, and grow a high-performing team as the company scales.

Requirements

• Proven Start Up experience leading DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering in modern cloud-native environments.
• Ideally experiences from an organisation with AI at its core.
• Deep technical capability across AWS/Azur and Kubernetes.
• Strong grounding in platform security
• 3+ years at Principal or Lead level
