Join a fast-growing AI technology firm in London as an Elixir Engineer, building large-scale, data-driven systems that power intelligent automation and machine learning. You'll work on high-performance backend services and APIs using Elixir/Phoenix, collaborating closely with data and DevOps teams in a technical, engineering-led environment.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale backend systems and APIs in Elixir
• Design distributed, high-throughput services and real-time infrastructure.
• Collaborate across teams to deploy and optimize microservices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Elixir (3+ years)
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and AWS/GCP.
• Great communicator who thrives in collaborative hybrid teams.
