About the Company

The Role

As a Client Success & Expansion Manager, you'll own the post-sale relationship with enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.

This is a high-impact role combining strategic account management, technical consultation, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships and drive satisfaction across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Oversee implementation and delivery of solutions, coordinating across internal teams
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies including tutorials, workshops, and strategic reviews
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Monitor account health, track success metrics, and implement improvement initiatives

About You

Essential:

  • 5+ years experience working with or within private equity firms, investment banks, or tier-1 consultancies
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Technical aptitude or ability to quickly understand complex products
