👨 💻 Key Focus of the Role:

This person will sit across the product organisation and help design how complex AI-enabled capabilities are integrated across the platform, rather than owning a single feature area.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Decisioning and ML teams, helping shape how things like personalisation, automation and intelligent recommendations appear across customer journeys.
