👨 💻 Key Focus of the Role:

This will be the first Motion Designer in the business, responsible for owning motion across the company as they scale.You’ll be creating high-end motion graphics that help explain and launch complex AI products, working closely with Product, Design and GTM teams.

A big part of the role will be turning very technical ideas into clear, engaging visual storytelling across product launches, social media and conferences.

> Expert in After Effects (Figma also important)

> Experience creating high production launch or product videos

> Ability to explain complex technology through motion and storytelling

> Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up environment

> Strong collaboration skills when working with product and design team

> Experience of working in a tech start-up highly advantageous
