👨 💻 Key Focus of the Role:

I am working with a fast growing Series A SaaS startup at the forefront of the next big shift in marketing — transforming how brands connect with audiences.

As Product Manager, you'll partner with a lean engineering and design team to ship AI-native experiences that move the needle for their customers. You won't just ship features — you'll own outcomes end-to-end, from ideation to launch, with a "get it done" mentality in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

You'll define the roadmap, ship GenAI-enhanced features with human-in-the-loop controls, evaluate AI flows rigorously for accuracy and safety, run weekly customer loops with sales and CS, and obsess over north-star and guardrail metrics.

👨 💻 Key Criteria – 🚨 Please Read 🚨:

• 5–10 years in product management, ideally in B2B Martech, SaaS or a tech-focused startup
• Track record of shipping high-quality, delightful products
• AI product fluency — you've defined GenAI user problems, collaborated on models or heuristics, and stood up evals for quality and accuracy
• Strong written communicator — strategy memos, specs and stakeholder comms that prize clarity over fluff
• Basic technical fluency — comfortable engaging engineers on data contracts, integrations and trade-offs (no coding required)
• High standards for craft and a real bias for action
• Comfortable with ambiguity — willing to roll up your sleeves and unblock yourself
