- Owning the full solution lifecycle - architecture, MVP scoping, delivery, and iteration
- Writing and reviewing code across a modern Python-based stack
- Using AI coding tools as your primary development workflow
- Collaborating closely with Product to identify opportunities and challenge assumptions
- Keeping stakeholders aligned on progress, priorities, and trade-offs
- Spotting issues early and re-aligning fast to keep delivery on track
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 4+ years building products in fast-paced startup environments
- Python as a core language, with comfort working across the stack
- Experience using AI coding tools daily
- The ability to think in systems of intelligent, autonomous components
- Strong ownership mentality - resourceful, independent, and outcome-driven
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
