Delivery Manager (Service Excellence) - Private Banking - London - TWE43337

twentyAI have partnered with a Private Bank in London who are looking for a Delivery Manager to join their Transformation & Technology department on an initial 12-month FTC.

The successful individual will contribute to the delivery of the business strategy through effectively performing the role of Delivery Manager on multiple projects and will help to deliver and adopt change through adherence to waterfall and agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives, ensuring delivery is of high quality and aligned to the strategic goals of the bank
• Operate as a Delivery Manager on concurrent change projects
• Run an agile delivery team and fulfil the role of scrum master
• Manage project budgets and provide effective resource management
• Build working relationships with all stakeholders including Senior Management and Partner
• Provide clear updates on progress, risk and issues
• Hands on delivery on all technical change projects
• Assist with immediate projects including Intranet replacement

Experience

• Experience working in small-medium sized firms with hands on delivery of change projects
• Delivery of business, IT change and technical change projects
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including desktops
• Agile and Waterfall experience
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Change management qualification (i.e. APM, PRINCE2 etc) desirable
