Role
Lead analytics engineering teams at the interface of data system design, advanced analytics, and real-world impact. You will:
- Architect, optimise, and deliver ELT pipelines and data workflows (using dbt, Airflow, SQL, Python).
- Own and evolve large-scale analytics platforms and data warehouse solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Mentor engineers across analytics engineering and data engineering disciplines.
- Ensure data solutions meet best practices for governance, integrity, modelling, and scalability.
- Drive innovation in data orchestration, schema design, transformation, and automation.
- Translate technical insights for stakeholders, ensuring analytics solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Skills
- 7+ years’ experience in analytics or data engineering.
- Expertise with data pipelines, schema design, and transformation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud environments.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and driving process optimization.
- Passion for data quality, governance, and business transformation through analytics.
- Experience with ELT tools, workflow orchestration, and data warehousing technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
