Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead analytics engineering teams who design, build, and enhance essential data platforms and products. You will:

  • Architect and optimize data pipelines and workflows using modern tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, SQL, Python).
  • Take ownership of large-scale analytics platforms and data warehouse solutions (such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Mentor and guide engineers across analytics and data engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for data governance, integrity, and scalability.
  • Drive continuous innovation in data orchestration, transformation, and automation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for a wide range of stakeholders to drive measurable business impact.

Key Skills

  • 7+ years' experience in analytics or data engineering.
  • Expertise with data pipelines, schema design, and transformation workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud environments.
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams and driving process optimization.
  • Passion for data quality, governance, and business transformation through analytics.
  • Experience with ELT tools, workflow orchestration, and data warehousing technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
