My client, a leading Financial Services institution are searching for a Business Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is a genuine opportunity to move away from pure product execution and into a strategic role, working alongside the leadership team of a growing Capital Markets business.

You'll have a commercial and product focus for an established FX & Payments offering, shaping technology priorities, influencing go-to-market strategy and driving business-wide initiatives across Front Office, Technology, Operations and Control Functions.

We're looking for someone who can bridge commercial thinking with delivery - someone comfortable challenging stakeholders, leading complex change and helping scale a business.

You'll likely have experience in:

• FX Sales before moving into a Business Management / Product position
• FX or Payments Product Management
• Delivering cross-functional change across Front Office, Technology and Operations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement

This role would particularly suit individuals currently with fintechs, payment providers, banks or FX specialists who want broader strategic ownership and greater visibility with senior leadership.
