A leading global organisation is hiring an Infrastructure Architect to shape, evolve, and future-proof its enterprise technology landscape. This is a strategic role within a high-performing Technology & Data function, working across Cloud, networks, storage, automation, and infrastructure services that underpin a complex, global environment.

You'll set the vision, define the roadmap, and lead the architecture that enables scalability, resilience, and innovation across the Firm. Expect real influence, high-level ownership, and the chance to guide how new technologies are introduced and integrated.

What you'll do

• Design and oversee enterprise infrastructure across Cloud, storage, networks, data services, and management tooling.
• Own and develop the Firm's infrastructure architecture roadmap to drive improvements and reduce technical risk.
• Set and enforce technical standards aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, promoting collaboration and strong engineering practices.
• Manage key vendor and third-party relationships to ensure reliable delivery of infrastructure services.
• Partner with Technology & Data teams to seamlessly integrate new technologies into the existing estate.
• Lead the Firm's infrastructure automation strategy and future roadmap.

What you'll bring

• Deep experience designing and delivering enterprise infrastructure in complex environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing technical teams.
• Expertise in roadmap planning, architectural governance, and introducing new technologies without compromising stability or security.
• Experience managing vendors and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, improvement-driven mindset and commitment to knowledge sharing.
• Desirable certifications: TOGAF, Azure/AWS Solutions Architect, or similar.
