Product Manager – Clearing / Listed Derivatives (ETD, OTC Cleared)

Location: Central London (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Contract: 1 Year (with potential renewal)

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Up to £520 per day (Inside IR35, via umbrella)

Hours: Full time, standard 8-hour day (no overtime planned)

Notice Period: 30 days

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our client’s IB Financing Clearing team , focused on expanding and enhancing their clearing client offering across Exchange-Traded and OTC Cleared Derivatives.

You’ll operate within an agile delivery model , driving initiatives that bridge business, technology, and client needs ensuring the delivery of compliant, market-ready clearing products that meet defined outcomes and support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as product and initiative manager within an agile pod, ensuring clarity of requirements across product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead testing and validation with internal and external clients to ensure product readiness ahead of market launch.
• Define and manage Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) , ensuring measurable progress against business outcomes.
• Oversee quality and compliance across both technical and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to support continuous improvement in delivery, performance, and client experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong domain expertise in Listed Derivatives (ETD) ; OTC Cleared Derivatives experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in Clearing / Post-Trade functions (not execution).
• Deep experience in agile environments , including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Demonstrable risk management , time management , and project documentation capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect product metrics to strategic outcomes.
