Product Owner - London (hybrid working) | Permanent | £65,000 – £80,000 + bonus + benefits

My client, a global Financial Services firm is hiring a Product Owner to own and evolve its Teams Telephony usage. This is an end-to-end product ownership role focused on leading strategy, delivery and optimisation of their enterprise voice platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Teams Telephony roadmap (voice, routing, call flows)
• Lead Direct Routing architecture and optimisation
• Ensure high performance and SLA's
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.

About You

• Significant experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony & Direct Routing
• Background in unified communications
• Experience in high pressured enviornments
• Roadmap planning and backlog ownership should be demonstrable
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and be the bridge between tech and business
