Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET / React)

Contract: 6-month contract - likely to extend

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite

Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to help build a new platform from scratch in a greenfield environment. This role requires someone who can lead technical design while remaining hands-on with development across both backend and frontend technologies.

You’ll be building scalable .NET microservices on OpenShift while working across C# .NET Core, React and TypeScript.

What You’ll Do

• Build a new platform from scratch using .NET microservices architecture
• Lead development across C# .NET Core and React
• Design APIs, microservices and event-driven systems
• Develop and deploy applications within OpenShift
• Produce low-level designs and conduct code reviews
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive performance improvements
• Support CI/CD and engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core
• Experience building microservices architectures
• Experience with OpenShift
• Strong React and TypeScript experience
• Strong API and distributed systems knowledge
• Experience with low-level design and code reviews
• Corporate credit / corporate lending experience preferred
• Credit risk experience also considered
