Staff Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do:
Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you’ll help shape product direction, architecture, and engineering best practices from an early stage. This is a hands-on role spanning the full development life cycle, from ideation and frontend development through to backend systems, deployment, and iteration.
You’ll also contribute to technical leadership across the team, mentoring engineers and driving high standards in code quality, communication, and delivery.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with full stack web development using Typescript, React, NextJS, NodeJS, Express, and PostgreSQL
- Deep understanding of both frontend and backend best practices
- Track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments (preferably startups or VC-backed teams)
- Ability to architect scalable, robust, and secure solutions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-focused, product-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity, rapid changes, and wide responsibilities
- Bonus: Experience in fintech or regulated industries, French-English bilingual, expertise in security/data protection, familiarity with payments or ledger systems
