TwentyAI's customer, a long-established and highly respected private financial institution, is seeking a D365 Technical Lead to lead the continued evolution of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You’ll take full ownership of the D365 platform — setting direction, enhancing functionality, and delivering improvements that simplify workflows and elevate user experience. This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring strong technical depth and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term D365 strategy aligned to business and user needs
• Continuously improve platform functionality, user experience, and resilience
• Leverage Microsoft’s native tools and features, staying current with new releases
• Align solutions with architectural standards and ensure platform scalability
• Provide leadership and mentoring across the technical team
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Your Background

• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and delivery experience
• Strong knowledge of modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure services
• Advanced use of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic mindset with an eye on long-term value, usability, and system integrity

Desirable

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Agile delivery experience
