2nd Line Support Analyst
Vertex IT Solutions are partnered with a well established UK based managed services business. Together, we are recruiting for a skilled IT Deskside Support Engineer on a Contract to Permanent basis to operate soley on site at their customers office in Hammersmith
Contract day rate £150 via an Umbrella Company ::: Perm salary £30k
The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting staff at the customer site with day to day IT issues.
General Duties Include:
- Supporting end users with active general issues within active directory, MS365 and basic networking
- To replace desktops, laptops and monitors as like for like and enabling a quick resolution with minimum inconvenience to the end user
- Perform Break fix on all desktop equipment
- To ensure all drop ins/walk ups are logged on the ticketing system.
- Supporting end users with active general issues within active directory, MS365 and basic networking
To qualify:
- 2.5+ years experience in a support role
- Expertise in analytical troubleshooting
- A good understanding of networks and Windows Operating systems and Apple OS
- Experience with Active Directory and SCCM
- Experience with network fault troubleshooting
- Basic hardware knowledge, Laptop Keyboards, Memory, Hard drives
