AV New Business BDM
Our client manufactures Audio Visual connectivity products and solutions for AV System Integrators. Their focus is on delivering flexible yet affordable AV solutions for various sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Corporate AV. Their vision is to redefine Signal Management, Connectivity, and Control Solutions by producing innovative and practical products that simplify installation experiences.
We are looking to add a skilled Business Development Manager to their team in Salford on a permanent basis based on site at their HQ.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying new leads and business opportunity in target markets
- Building relationships with exisiting and prospect customers (resellers, integrators, distribution partners and end users.)
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Preparing and delivering presentations
- Collaborating with Account Managers to ensure smooth handover of leads
- Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
- Staying informed about AV technology trends and competitor activity
To qualify:
- Excellent communication, networking and and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Ability to work collectively with internal teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commercially astute and target driven
- Track record in a B2B environment (desirable)
