Account Manager – Managed Services (MSP)
A top-ranked European Managed Service Provider is hiring an experienced Account Manager to join its growing team. This is a client-facing role focused on building trusted, long-term partnerships with mid-market and high-growth businesses.
The Role
You will act as the main advocate for your clients — managing relationships, providing strategic and technical guidance, and identifying opportunities to grow and protect recurring revenue. You’ll work closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key client stakeholders
- Provide consultative advice on IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions
- Drive renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth
- Act as the client voice internally, improving service delivery and processes
- Support compliance initiatives (Cyber Essentials, GDPR, risk registers)
- Contribute to client communications, campaigns, and business reviews
About You
- Proven B2B Account Manager or Client Services experience
- Must have MSP experience
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder skills
- Commercially minded, comfortable with pricing and contracts
- Proactive, organised, and customer-focused
- Solid understanding of IT and managed services (Cloud & Infrastructure)
