Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
Basic salary: £30k-£32k plus OTE package
Location: West London
Working environment: Hybrid working following successful completion of induction/probation period
Our client are a leading UK technology Company specialising in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and consultancy services for mid-market and growing organisations.
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to support business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Account Management teams, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a strong pipeline of potential clients.
This is a multi-channel outreach role involving LinkedIn engagement, email campaigns, telephone outreach, and event/webinar promotion. You will research target organisations, identify key decision-makers, maintain CRM accuracy, and secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
This is a highly structured, target-driven role focused on pipeline generation, relationship building, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update CRM data to support outreach activity
- Research and identify target organisations and key stakeholders
- Conduct multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, events)
- Book qualified meetings for sales teams
- Support webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
- Work closely with internal teams to align outreach strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or SDR roles
- Confident communicator with strong phone and written skills
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Autotask)
