Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll work closely with engineers, clients, and vendors, managing multiple stakeholders and technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to service handover
 - Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively
 - Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers
 - Mitigate risks and maintain documentation (risk logs, issues registers, etc.)
 - Deliver projects on time, to spec, and in line with quality standards
 - Ensure all technical handovers and invoicing are completed accurately
 
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider
 - Strong leadership, task management, and communication skills
 - Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time and budget
 - Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and project phases
 
Highly Desirable:
- Knowledge of cloud, networking, or virtualisation
 - PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
 - Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
