About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales & Office Administrator to join an established IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Bromley.
This is a varied role combining office management, sales administration, customer service and renewals, working closely with the Sales Manager and wider teams to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Bromley head office and support the satellite office in London Victoria.
- Ensure the office, meeting rooms, stock areas, equipment and supplies are maintained to a high standard.
- Manage office supplies, deliveries, couriers, goods in/out and stock records.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, service providers and customers.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Assist with office security and ensure appropriate procedures are followed.
Renewals
- Maintain and update the renewals database, including products and contracts.
- Manage customer renewals and quotations for expiring products and services.
- Support the renewal of Microsoft 365 subscriptions and ensure these align with customer agreements.
- Manage warranty and licence renewals and proactively follow up outstanding renewals.
- Identify opportunities to improve the renewals process and customer experience.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and process quotations and customer orders.
- Assist with hardware, software licensing and helpdesk-related invoicing.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and a high level of service.
About You
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role within an SME.
- Experience working within an IT department, IT company or MSP environment is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service focus.
- Strong organisational, planning and administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and good numerical/accuracy skills.
- A proactive, 'can-do' approach and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Desirable
- Understanding of Microsoft licensing programmes.
- Knowledge of servers, storage and networking solutions.
- Experience within a B2B environment.
- A business or technology-related qualification.
