ABM Strategist – APAC
We're an ABM agency based in Melbourne, Australia and we're looking for an experienced ABM Strategist based in the UK who's considering a move down under.

Who we are
xGrowth partners with B2B tech companies — the likes of Twilio, Shopify, Zoom, and Snyk — to help them break into and grow complex enterprise accounts across APAC. We design and run account-centric programs built around long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. We're not a leads agency. We're an ABM agency.
What you'll do
- Design and run ABM programs for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech accounts, from strategy through to execution.
- Work directly with client sales and marketing leaders to align campaigns with real pipeline outcomes.
- Research and profile target accounts, turning insights into clear and actionable plays.
- Shape creative output. You'll know when something is average versus exceptional.
- Present strategies and results directly to senior stakeholders and C-levels.
- Drive alignment between marketing and sales across messaging, tactics, and execution.
What we're looking for
- Proven, hands-on ABM experience. You've built and run programs, not just supported them.
- Strong understanding of B2B tech or SaaS and how complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles work.
- Comfortable operating across both strategy and execution without needing a lot of hand-holding.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders. You can hold a room with a C-level.
- Sharp eye for what "good" looks like across messaging, creative, and campaign design.
- Open to relocating to Australia (we'll make it happen).
