If you love shaping strategy, crafting winning submissions and leading complex bids end‐to‐end, this role puts you right at the heart of major commercial wins. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director and help secure high‐value enterprise partnerships. Big impact, big visibility.

What you’ll take the lead on

  • Owning the full bid lifecycle—from qualification and strategy through to submission, award and handover
  • Developing compelling win themes, value propositions and pricing approaches
  • Producing polished, persuasive written responses and supporting materials
  • Coordinating cross‐functional input across Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal and Operations
  • Championing continuous improvement and embedding AI tools to elevate speed, quality and consistency

What you’ll bring

  • A track record of managing complex, high‐stakes bids in infrastructure, energy, transport or tech
  • Strong commercial judgement and hands‐on pricing experience
  • Exceptional writing ability and confident stakeholder management
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast‐paced, scaling environment
  • Comfort using AI and digital productivity tools to work smarter and deliver stronger bids
