Role Outline Onboarding Associate’s provide the highest level of customer service to our contractors, Sales partners and internal teams. They are a contractor’s sole point of contact during the onboarding process and are responsible for ensuring both Allegis Group and Client onboarding requirements are fully completed for all candidate’s before starting their assignment. Onboarding Associate’s execute … a range of background checks, liaising with third parties to ensure completion in a timely manner. They manage and resolve any discrepancies identified during the onboarding process. The Onboarding Associate reports directly to the Onboarding Manager.
