Theroleisaccountableformanagingteamworkload,settingdailyandweeklypriorities,improvingserviceperformance,developingtechnicalcapabilitywithintheteam,anddrivingoperationalexcellencethroughITILbestpractice.Theindividualwillalsoberesponsibleforproducingandpresentingmeaningfuloperationalandserviceperformancereporting,turningdataandinsightsintoactionableimprovementplansforcustomersandinternalstakeholders. ThepositionsupportstheMSP'sstrategicobjectiveofdeliveringmature,secure,andscalableITmanagedserviceswhilstcontinuouslyimprovingcustomerexperienceandoperationalefficiency.TheMSP'smanagedservicesincludeinfrastructuresupport,patchmanagement,endpointmanagement,securityV&M,monitoring,backupmanagement,Intune,Autopilot,andcloud-basedservicedelivery.
