Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Patient Safety Team as a Patient Safety Systems manager, predominantly to support the organisation's use of the risk management software, RL Datix. The system is used to support a range of clinical governance and patient experience activity, across both Trust's in the group, including the management of complaints, patient advice and liaison, risk management, incidents, and legal claims. We are looking for a team player with credible experience to work as part of a small, busy patient safety team.
