Purpose of the Role To bridge the gap between technical process documentation and practical, business-friendly process flows that can be used for stakeholder training, adoption, and clarity across functions. What We Need This Person To Do Quickly Absorb Existing Technical Process Material Review and fully understand current technical process maps and documentation (e.g. Visio flows … ADO boards). Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear areas in the existing process materials. Engage & Extract Real Process Detail from Business Stakeholders Proactively interview functional teams and process owners to gather the real-life, business-side view of processes. Clarify “what happens in reality” vs. what is described technically. Translate Technical Process Flows into Business-Friendly … Process Maps Convert technical language/processes into clear, role-specific, function-based process descriptions.
