Support of End User Devices – iPhone & iPad. Windows 10 / 11 - support experience. Audio / Visual devices - Smart Boards, Projectors & Interactive Displays etc. Hardware & Software support - installation & deployment. IP Telephone support. Antivirus & Anti-Spam support. … Network Printer support. Basic Networking - Network Connectivity, Domian Controllers, Internet Access, Email, etc. Basic Networking - TCP / IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, SSL & IPSec, Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi Aps. Basic Understanding - issues involved in administering & maintaining, LAN & Wireless Network, Firewalls etc. Good organizational skills, combined with a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills. Working Hours … Onsite Role - 8:30am - 4:30pm - with some flexibility to work from home during school holidays.
