About You Must have proven extensive operational experience in event management, venue management and/or project management roles. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Proven project delivery experience within a variety of technology projects. Line/matrix management of project teams consisting of permanent, contract or volunteer staff. Sound understanding of IT and/or telecommunications. Experience of delivering production IT services to SLAs/OLAs within a high availability environment.
