What You’ll Need 3+ years’ experience working as an Oracle FCCS Analyst or with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management). Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and group reporting. Background in Finance or Accounting – ideally with a degree or qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW). Experience implementing … or supporting Oracle EPM or similar enterprise performance management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both finance and technology stakeholders.
