Summary The IoT Solutions Architect will support the Sales team in understanding customer requirements, explaining KORE products and cellular technology to customers, learning IoT technology solutions, and contributing to solution design with KORE's customers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow technical expertise … in IoT while developing customer-facing skills. Ultimately, the Solutions Architect is a key team member in Sales and their primary function is to help grow revenue. Core Accountabilities Participate in, and document, discovery and design meetings with customers and KORE participant teams Support Sales and senior team members in gathering customer requirements related to IoT/mobility environments and technical needs Learn to design and/or recommend IoT & mobility lifecycle management solutions under guidance of experienced team members Assist in creating solution proposals, when necessary, that meet customer's stated goals Support solution presentations to customers alongside Sales and senior Solutions Architects Help prepare Statements of Work with supervision from experienced team More ❯
