Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our project team delivering a multi-country SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementation. The role involves end-to-end payroll solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements across multiple geographies (UK, Mexico, Poland … Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania). The consultant will work closely with functional and technical teams, client payroll SMEs, and integration partners to deliver a robust, standardised, and scalable payroll solution aligned to SAP best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and support design workshops to gather payroll requirements and map them to SAP standard processes. Configure SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for multiple countries in line with project scope and statutory requirements.
