About the Role As our Health, Safety … and Compliance Officer , you’ll play a key role in ensuring Health, Safety, and Compliance documentation is accurate, relevant, and embedded across the Navigation Systems Team. You’ll lead audits, develop procedures, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and review H&S documentation (risk assessments, COSHH … method statements, etc.) Create and enhance processes to manage operational risks Conduct site visits to understand activities and inform documentation Deliver inductions and site briefings Manage contractor compliance and documentation Lead audits and drive non-conformance resolution Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent risk management What We’re Looking For A-Level (or equivalent) in IT, science, or engineering More ❯
