Manage CAPAs and support investigations into recurring technical issues. Identify and deliver process optimisation, cost, waste and energy-reduction initiatives. Lead or support Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement activities. Monitor and report engineering and manufacturing performance metrics.
