As the new Lead Scrum Master you’ll ensure consistency of Agile practices, supports team health and delivery outcomes, and acts as a point of escalation for delivery … challenges. We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide multiple teams in delivering high-impact work while shaping Agile practices across our organisation. This role combines hands-on team facilitation with leadership and coaching responsibilities for other Scrum Masters within a scaled Agile environment. The team go on-site to their Milton Keynes office … days a week. We’re seeking a Lead Scrum Master that can; Champion Agile values and principles to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders. Partner with product and engineering leaders to align delivery outcomes with strategic business goals.
