Essential Technical Experience from the 3 Line Support Engineer: Strong Windows Server experience. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP. VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter. Networking knowledge – TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs and firewalls. Experience supporting on-premises and virtualised infrastructure.
