Review and refine a global programme management office to coordinate rollouts, continuous improvements, and value delivery. Review and refine governance processes: forums, agendas, calendars, templates, minutes, decisions, actions, RAID, change control. Develop and work with regional PMs and programme heads to embed standard templates for key forums (progress, priorities, decisions, risks/mitigations, Regional Weekly meetings, SteerCos).
