Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Program Manager in Edinburgh to oversee a range of complex, time-sensitive cloud migration projects within our Digital Workplace Unified Communications (UC) environment. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of multiple projects, such as migrating Cisco UC Voice Core, Voicemail, Voice Recording, and Contact Center platforms … system. Current applications in scope include Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Voicemail, Cisco Contact Cente, and Voice Recording, with the possibility of scope changes as the program advances.
