Own the WMS change control process — testing and implementing system updates, new features, and configuration changes. Process & Operational Support Analyse warehouse processes (goods-in, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch … essential). Experience in a 3PL, fulfilment, e-commerce logistics, or multi-client warehouse environment. Strong understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control, returns).
