years' experience in a 2nd Line or Field Engineer role (MSP experience ideal) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MFA, SSO, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra) Experience with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud and virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V/VMware) Solid networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP ...
