Reed Technology is working with an established company with offices in Larbert and Lockerbie , currently seeking to hire a 3rd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring the helpdesk and resolving IT issues efficiently Following ticket escalation procedures Administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune … Windows Server, and basic networking (VLANs, switching, firewalls). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to mentor junior engineers. Experience with hardware/software support, mobile devices, and security compliance. Full UK driving license.
