You'll establish robust, trusted metrics and reporting used daily by Operations, Planning, and Account teams, and embed practical, built-in AI (Q … integrated with our shipping platform that help smaller merchants self-serve and differentiate our service experience. Responsibilities Product & Strategy Own the roadmap for the Ops & Client Management dashboard (Operations, Client Management, Executive views). Create prototypes and the system structure, and continuously improve the process. Translate day-to-day needs (OTD, exceptions/returns, partner health, client health … and core commercial signals to present one coherent story. Define and maintain metric definitions, data contracts, freshness SLAs, and documentation. Enablement & Change Management Work closely on-site with Operations, Planning, and Account teams to drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
