SKILLS Experience providing IT and cloud-based user support, ideally in multi-site environments. Strong working knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 10 / 11, macOS, TCP / IP, subnets and wireless networking. Hands-on skills with structured cabling (Cat5e / 6) and basic Layer 2 / 3 networking. Confident with Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, OneNote, OneDrive and SharePoint. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
