Job summary A new role within the Digital Directorate, the Head of Digital Business Change and Benefits will be an integral part of the Wider Digital Leadership Team. This role is essential for enabling a more user-centred, inclusive and problem-first approach to digital innovation and transformation, enhancing adoption of digital solutions and measuring impact of our initiatives. The postholder will be expected to provide leadership and expertise both within the directorate and across WAST in relation to digital change management, inclusive engagement, co-designing transformation activities, digital inclusion and health equity. To do this, the postholder will need to proactively engage across the organisation with strong … influencing, partnership and relationship-building skills.
