The Senior BI Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide clear, actionable … deep-dive analyses to support strategic projects and decision-making. Monitor data quality and proactively resolve discrepancies between systems. Stakeholder Support Partner with recruitment consultants, and leadership to understand business needs and deliver meaningful insights. Train non-technical users to access and interpret BI reports. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes. Recommend new data sources, metrics … as Power BI , Tableau , or Looker .
