AsanImplementationConsultant,youwillberesponsiblefordeliveringimplementationconsultancyactivitiesforZelliscustomersonmultipleaspectsoftheirsolutionsorservicesdelivery. Youwillberesponsibleforadvisingandworkingwithcustomerstohelpthemunderstand,implement,configureortestgoodpracticeuseofZellissuiteofcustomersolutionsandadviseonindustryleadingprocessesandoperationalservicedesign.Thisrolemayleaddeliverydirectlyorwillworkcloselywiththeimplementationprojectorprogrammemanager.Theywillalsopartnerwithcustomerstakeholdersandbusinessrepresentativestosupporttheachievementoftherelevantdeliverymilestonesontime,atthehighestlevelofqualityandonbudget. Responsibilities Actingasagoodpracticeadvisor,coachandsubjectmatterexpertonindustryleadingprocessesandZellisrangeofsolutionsandservices,partneringwiththecustomertodevelopaOneTeamapproachtodeliveryandtoensurethatallactivitiesaredeliveredontime,atthehighestlevelofqualityandonbudget Managing,schedulingandcoordinatingallactivitiesassignedtoyousothattheyareundertakeninaccordancewiththerelevantplan,workingalongsideandinpartnershipwiththewiderZellisandcustomerprojectteam Completingtestingofanydeliverablesorsupportingactivitiesassignedtoyouaspartoftheimplementationplantothehighestlevelofqualityandwhereagreed,inlinewithallacceptancecriteria Supportingtheprojectorprogrammemanagerinfacilitatingtheprovisionofsoftware,infrastructure,supportingtoolsandappropriateresourcesforeachphaseoftheprojecttoensureallpre-requisitesandongoingsupportisinplace Anticipatingandmanagingongoingrisksandissues(includingmitigationandresolution),andensuringthattheyareescalatedtotheImplementationprojectorprogrammemanager(orZellisseniorleader)inatimelyfashion Skills&Experience Experiencedeliveringonsmall,non-complexImplementation,software,advisoryorManagedServicescustomerswithsmall-mediumscaleemployeevolumes(under10,000EEsand ...
